In my medical/surgical nursing class, our teacher challenged us to cut sugar out of our diets for 5 days. No sugar or any form of sugar (sucrose, fructose, corn syrup, molasses. Any kind og white bread/pasta/rice is also brimming with sugar, so none of that either.) So Sugar and I said our goodbyes tonight via this delicious white and dark chocolate cup filled with mousse and whipped cream.
It's going to be a hard 5 days.
